Permission is granted to temporarily use Shiftely for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Shiftely
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
